Biocoustics Instruments provides both in-shop, as well as on-site repairs of most brands of audiometric equipment. We know that it is important to you, our customer, to have your equipment in good working order to be able to accurately evaluate your clients.  We strive to make your repair as seamless as possible with a minimum of downtime. To accomplish this, we respond to your repair needs as quickly as possible. Also, we currently carry a wide assortment of loaner equipment that, if available, we will supply to your site for the duration of the repair at no charge to you. Commonly used parts are stocked at our workshop, and uncommonly used parts can typically be acquired from the equipment manufacturer within a matter of days. When calling in for repairs, we ask that you have the following information: Unit make, model, and serial number; along with a description of the trouble that you are having with the system. This will aide our technicians in determining any parts that may become necessary to repair your unit. If your facility requires the use of purchase orders, please also have this number as well.
